Paving Block Machines
We are one the leading manufacturers of a wide range of paving block machines as per the needs and specifications of our respected customers’. Our paving block making machine is a stationery type paver block machine. Two separate conveyors (belts) (5 m. 2 HP) are provided for conveying the base mix & face mix from the mixer into the feeder box. Pallets are pushed into the machine hydraulically. Two separate feeder boxes which are hydraulically operated for base & face mix are employed to fill the mould thereby reducing manual labour to minimum and hence saving time. The mould table vibrator (2880vpm- variable amplitude, 3 HP × 2 nos.) ensures better compaction. The ram is pressed into the mould hydraulically (15 ton). The machine also incorporates a block receiving conveyor to receive green blocks from the press. Our hydraulic paving block machines are high density paving block machines with the production capacity of 2000 – 4000 blocks/8 hours and available in various specifications.
